The Cost of Crew Placement:
Cosmo Crew have reduced all Crew Placement fees. We want to be the first crew agency to offer the lowest fees across the board! We charge 40% of first month’s salary for all Crew. So that’s only 40% for Captain, Engineer, Chef, Deck or Interior.
Value For Money:
Cosmo Crew have introduced a unique ‘money back guarantee*' to help re-establish trust between the Yachts and the Crew Agency. We believe in the crew we place, so if something doesn’t work out, you can chose between selecting another crew replacement or we will refund you the difference between the temporary earnings and the original invoice amount!
Replacement Warranty Policy:
Cosmo Crew understands that finding the right candidate to add to your crew team is not easy. While both the agency and employers try and do everything they can, sometimes it just doesn’t work out! To address this we have increased our replacement warranty to ‘unlimited’ crew replacements until you find the right candidate. We hope this will help our clients feel like we are providing an honest service.
Availability:
At Cosmo Crew, we appreciate how important it is to be available to our clients when they need us most; therefore we work when you work! Our clients appreciate the extra effort so we are now extending our office hours and our Crew Placement Services will be available evenings and weekends.
